We're seeking SharePoint and Web Development Consultant candidates with experience working with Federal clients to join our growing team. You'll fit right in with the team if you have top-notch analytical skills. You'll work alongside company leadership and client staff to support the Federal Government's public service mission with innovative information technology (IT) and financial management solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

An Associate at Vergys actively participates in multiple aspects of a project based on interests, skillsets, client needs, and opportunities. Core responsibilities for this role include the following:

  • Leveraging the Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online to deliver a rich user experience, drive efficiency through business process automation, and enhance strategic decision-making by facilitating data-informed/driven decision-making.
  • Work as the project and client personnel's data steward.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will have advanced critical thinking skills that allow for an agile approach to delivering nimble solutions, considering the professional/operating environment and the success criteria defined by each client.

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

An Associate at Vergys actively participates in multiple aspects of a project based on interests, skillsets, client needs, and opportunities. Core responsibilities for this role include the following:

  • Understanding of Event-Driven System Oriented Architecture
  • Knowledge of Office 365 Out-of-Box Capability
  • Knowledge of data formats ranging from tabular to JSON and XML
  • Advanced ETL Process Design with Error/Un-Happy Path Handling
  • Data Normalization, Contextualization, and Qualification
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree in math, technology, or a related field and 3-5 years of professional experience -OR-
  • Master of Business Administration, Master of Public Administration/Policy, or Master's in Information Management or related field and 1-3 years of professional experience
  • Expert Proficiency in Microsoft's Office Tool Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), especially advanced SharePoint experience
  • Previous experience working in or for the Federal Government is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work individually and cooperatively in a team environment with a willingness to share knowledge

Compensation: $85,000.00 per year
